1. General Provisions
This Policy determines the procedure for returning goods and refunding funds.
2. Return of goods
The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
A return is possible provided that:
– the goods have not been used
– the product has been preserved in its original condition
– the packaging and accessories are present
3. Non-returnable goods
Some categories of goods are not subject to return in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (for example, personal use goods, if they have been unpacked).
4. Return procedure

Send the goods to the agreed address
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs (if the goods are of proper quality).
5. Refund
Refunds are made within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
The funds are returned:
– to a bank card
– by another method agreed with the buyer
6. Refusal to return funds
The seller has the right to refuse to return funds in the event of:
– violation of the return conditions
– damage to the goods
– lack of complete set
7. Order cancellation
The buyer may cancel the order:
– before the goods are shipped
– after shipping – according to the return conditions
